Initiate a Request
Contact our support team at [email protected] within 30 days of delivery with your order number and reason for return.
Receive Authorization
Once your request is approved, we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the appropriate return shipping address.
Pack and Ship
Securely package your items in their original packaging, including all cables, keycaps, and accessories, and clearly mark the RMA number on the outside.
Inspection and Refund
Our technicians will inspect the returned hardware for quality assurance, and upon approval, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
